App Store screenshots in 5 minutes, not an evening
Drop in your simulator screenshots. Get a polished, correctly sized set ready for App Store Connect — no Figma, no rejected uploads.
Drop your simulator screenshots here
PNG or JPEG · 1–10 files · they never leave your browser
No signup · Exact App Store sizes · PNG without alpha
How it works
1. Drop in your screenshots
Up to 10 PNG or JPEG files straight from the iOS Simulator or your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
2. Pick one style
A background, a device frame and a caption above each screen. The style applies to the whole set at once, so there is nothing to repeat ten times.
3. Download the ZIP
Numbered PNGs at the exact sizes App Store Connect expects, with no alpha channel. Drag the folder straight into the upload box.
App Store screenshot sizes for iPhone (2026)
App Store Connect accepts screenshots per display size, not per device. You only have to provide the 6.9" set; Apple scales it down for every smaller class you leave empty. SatinShot exports 6.9" and 6.5" so both the current and the legacy slot are covered.
| Display size | Portrait (px) | Also accepted | Devices | Needed? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6.9" | 1320 × 2868 | 1290 × 2796, 1260 × 2736 | iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro Max | Required |

Why App Store Connect rejects screenshot uploads
The PNG has an alpha channel
Apple does not accept transparency, and most exporters write an alpha channel whether you use it or not. SatinShot encodes PNGs without one, so this class of rejection cannot happen.
The dimensions are off by a few pixels
A screenshot from the wrong simulator, a scaled export, a stray device bezel — anything that is not one of the sizes in the table above is refused. Every file in the ZIP is rendered at an exact accepted size.
Wrong format or count
Only PNG or JPEG in sRGB, 1–10 images per localization. HEIC straight from an iPhone will not go through.
Works with whatever you built the app in
Expo & React Native
Run your app in the iOS Simulator with npx expo start, press ⌘S on each screen you want to show, then drop the PNGs in above.
Flutter
flutter run on a simulator device, capture with ⌘S, and frame the set here — no need for a screenshot integration test unless you want one.
SwiftUI & UIKit
Run on any simulator from Xcode, save the screens, and export the exact sizes Apple expects — including the 6.9" slot that is required to submit.
Questions
What size do App Store screenshots need to be in 2026?
App Store Connect asks for one 6.9" iPhone screenshot set — 1320 × 2868 px in portrait (1290 × 2796 and 1260 × 2736 are also accepted). Every smaller display size is optional: if you leave it empty, Apple scales your 6.9" images down for those devices.
How many screenshots can I upload per app?
Between 1 and 10 images per localization. The first two or three are what most people actually look at, so put your strongest screens first — SatinShot numbers the exported files in the order you arrange them.
Why does App Store Connect reject my screenshots?
Almost always one of three things: the pixel dimensions do not match a display size Apple knows, the file is not PNG or JPEG, or the PNG carries an alpha channel. Images exported from Figma, Sketch and most design tools keep transparency metadata even when nothing is transparent — that alone is enough for the upload to fail.
Can I just use screenshots from the iOS Simulator?
Yes, that is exactly what this tool expects. In Simulator press ⌘S (or File → Save Screen Shot) to drop a PNG on your desktop. If the simulated device is not a 6.9" iPhone, the pixel size will not match what App Store Connect wants — SatinShot re-renders your screen inside a device frame at the exact required size.
Does it work with Expo, React Native, Flutter or SwiftUI?
Yes. SatinShot works on the finished PNG or JPEG, so it does not care which framework drew it. Expo Go, a React Native dev build, flutter run on a simulator, an Xcode SwiftUI preview — the result is the same.
Do my screenshots get uploaded anywhere?
No. Framing, resizing and PNG encoding all happen in your browser tab. The images never touch a server, which is also why there is no signup and no waiting queue.
Do I need a separate set for iPad or Google Play?
If your app ships on iPad, App Store Connect asks for an iPad set too, and Google Play has its own rules. SatinShot deliberately covers iPhone only for now — one job, done properly.
